DOULA SERVICES -
As a DONA trained birth doula I am committed to support you throughout your pregnancy, labor and the birth of your little one.
A doula is able to provide physical and emotional support:
- Supports the birth you want in the safest way possible
- Provides support prior and during labor
- Provides support postpartum as needed
- Provides engagement with family to lessen stress and worry
- An advocate throughout labor and delivery
- As well as provides encouragement throughout this wonderful journey
